Ammajare Off in Bonorva, together with an intense Claudia Mandas, who presented her latest book Portraits of Shadows (Il Maestrale Edizioni).

A play of soft colors leads the reader into a world that only seemingly does not exist and that, instead, through the words and stories of Claudia Mandas, forcefully returns among our memories.

Among the burials of the monumental cemetery of Bonaria, in Cagliari, walk the silences, the imperceptible noises that Claudia knows how to gather and keep, and then carry them in the pockets of those who listen.

Thus, as if by a small magic, twenty-five characters in search of an author move, and - as Giampaolo Cassitta recalled - the noble soul of Antonio De Curtis moves too, reminding us that death is only a “leveler”, where first and last do not exist and blend in the beauty of the tale.

Thanks to the mayor of Bonorva Massimo D’Agostino and to the councillor for culture Laura Di Settimio, thanks to the attentive and, in many cases, moved audience.
